Description
Kico AM-06N Alarm Monitoring Module
Marine Safety & Security Alarm Interface Unit
Important Note: This unit is being sold strictly on an “As-Is” / For Parts or Repair basis. There is visible physical damage to the outer housing, specifically broken plastic on the side casing (clearly visible in the second listing photograph). It has not been electrically tested. This is a prime candidate for rebuilding another system or extracting internal board components.
Product Description
The Kico AM-06N (AM06N) is a heavy-duty, marine-certified alarm monitoring module designed to serve as a critical link in vessel safety systems. It centralizes and processes signals from local detection hardware—such as thermal sensors, optical smoke detectors, and manual glass-break emergency stations.
With a space-saving DIN-rail mountable configuration, it converts multi-channel dry contacts and sensor loops into structured trigger commands for sirens, strobe lights, and central bridge consoles. Although this specific unit features physical housing damage, the underlying circuit path and specialized electrical elements remain highly valuable as diagnostic or replacement spares.
